Hundreds gather at Coventry Cathedral to say goodbye to Bishop Christopher

Hundreds of people from across the diocese and beyond gathered at Coventry Cathedral on the 4th November for a service of thanksgiving and farewell to Bishop Christopher.


Blue Roof Coffee celebrates one year serving the Chapelfields community

On Monday 30th October people gathered at St Mary Magdalen Church in Chapelfields to celebrate the anniversary of the Blue Roof Coffee van. The piaggio ape van was parked outside and the volunteer baristas made free drinks for those attending the celebrations and passers-by.

“Face to Face with Jesus” resource for churches

St Clare’s at the Cathedral have launched a new resource for churches, “Face to Face with Jesus” featuring 40 postcards portraying images of Jesus Christ from through the ages and around the world.


150 New Worshipping Communities

The vision of the diocese is for 150 new worshipping communities to be established by the end of 2030.

Coventry Cathedral holds prayer vigil for Israel and Palestine

On Wednesday October 18th 2023 at 8pm – 8.45pm, Coventry Cathedral, one of the world’s oldest religious-based centres for reconciliation, will be holding a prayer vigil for Israel and Palestine.
