Bishop John is offering an online retreat for Advent. There is a choice of two dates, and this free online retreat is open to everyone.
When?
You can choose either of the following dates:
- Saturday 28 November (the day before Advent Sunday), or
- Wednesday 2 December
Both days will be identical, and Bishop John says:
“These short retreats will run from 10am to 3pm.
There will be three reflections offered at 10 am, at 12 noon and 2 pm and a closing prayer at 2.55.
These timings were chosen to give you space to offer morning and evening prayer, if this is your practice, before and after the retreat.
As it is a retreat, not a conference, it is hoped that you will be able to keep the times between the reflections just for you and God and free from emails, screens and work."
Do I need to book?
Yes. The retreat is free, but you still need to book.
We will send you joining instructions the day before your chosen date.
