In IMD in Coventry Diocese we provide training and pastoral support during the curacy and we expect curates to produce a portfolio for end of title assessment. However, I hope it is much more than the sum of those parts.
We aim to create a community of curates where you get to know each other and support each other in these early days of ministry. We expect a lot of our curates in Coventry Diocese; we’d expect you to take on real leadership, to be actively engaged in ensuring your curacy is meeting your training needs, to put the Diocesan Strategy around the 8EQs into practice, and to be committed to your cohort. We also expect to offer you a lot of support to ensure you flourish as well as quality input to stimulate your thinking.
