This month we have been looking at Growing Young Leaders to coincide with the launch of the Young Leaders Pathway. The pathway is for Christians in their late teens and early twenties who are involved, or could be involved, in leadership – be that in church, school, college or university. This will give these young people opportunities to learn about their faith, to develop their leadership skills and meet with other young leaders from across the diocese.
Young people are the future of the Church, and as leaders they have the power to make change. We asked some young people in the diocese about what they would like the Church of the future to be like.
