Continuing Ministerial Development (CMD) is a duty and a joy for all ordained and licensed ministers. Coventry Diocese offers a broad and varied range of events and courses to stimulate fresh thinking, to hone existing skills, and to open up new avenues of thought and practice.
From the time of Jesus, the Christian community has appreciated the value of learning together. Coventry’s CMD programme is built on that principle. Though there is much that we ministers can learn alone, it is also important for Christian leaders to learn with, and from, one another. For this reason, guided peer learning lies at the heart of our programme.
