Steve Coomber writes:

“As Chair of the DBF I am looking forward to working with the Diocesan staff team to build on the good work happening and to address any challenges, both within the Diocese and in the CofE nationally to see God’s Kingdom come.

Having served as Treasurer at St Johns for many years I’m aware of the difficulties faced within parishes, I hope that this along with my work experiences will enable me to be effective. This will be an exciting time to serve at the diocese and I look forward to contributing to positive changes in our aim to support the mission and ministry of our parishes"

He brings many gifts, skills and professional experience which will immeasurably benefit the Coventry Diocesan Board of Finance at a time when we are seeking to develop our long-range financial plans in support of our vision and mission purpose. I very much look forward to working with him."
