Local learning points from Bedworth
Sustainable Heritage - Navigating the Path to Net Zero and Solar for Churches - tips for Planning & Faculty are two Layperson's Guide that draw upon Christine Rigden's experiences of researching decarbonised heating options and achieving a rooftop Solar PV array at All Saints Church, Bedworth [ASC]. ASC has Net Zero Demonstrator Church status - grant funding from the central CofE Net Zero Programmes team and Benefact Trust, with additional support from the diocese.
Chris' took on the Eco-Lead for All Saints Church Bedworth [ASC] and has produced an account of her experiences. We recognise its value to local churches. If you have queries arising from the guide, please address these to eco@bedworthparish.org
Part of the work she's taken on for all of our benefit is to produce interesting articles. Chris' series of five items (so far) invite us to walk with her on her journey.
